To go or not to go sightseeing in New York City – that is the question.  Many people would not think twice about taking such a fascinating journey to the Big Apple.  The only thing that lingers is what will they do when they get there.  To take a trip to New York City, is much like a balancing act because one moment, you’ll be walking through the busy, hustle and bustle of the crowds, while the next you might be in a calm setting, appreciated interesting art and cultural exhibitions at a famous museum.  The thing is, there are so many things to see and do in New York, that trying to narrow it down to a handful is pretty tough.  Alas, all is not lost.  Here are a few things to add to your list or sightseeing packages for New York City.

Times Square
When you think of New York, almost instantaneously thoughts of Times Square dance in your head. If ever the phrase “lights…camera…action” was synonymous with anything outside of Hollywood, it would more than likely be Times Square.  It is the commercial epicenter of New York there are lights everywhere, as well as billboards and big screens everywhere.  There is a reason why it is known as “The Crossroads of the World,” “The Center of the Universe,” and “The Great White Way.” Times Square is actually the world’s most visited tourist attraction, so why miss out on possible sightseeing packages?

Museum Mile
A trip to The Big Apple just wouldn’t be worthwhile without a pit stop at Museum Mile.  We’re talking a little over one mile across 5th Avenue between East 82nd and East 105th Streets.    Within this mile or so long stretch lay world-class museums and rich cultural centers that are perfectly aligned as one of the densest concentrations of culture in the world.  Museum Mile is home to the grand Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Neue Galerie, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the National Academy Museum and School, the Cooper-Hewitt, the Jewish Museum and the El Museo del Barrio.  There is plenty to see on this wondrous mile of culture.

If you are interested in scheduling a sightseeing tour in New York, consider including a few of the options above.  Furthermore, also consider selecting a community within New York, such as Brooklyn, and exploring the culture that it offers.  For more information on touring New York, visit Website Domain.
